What a huge disappointment!! The Kinoplex Itaim could not get the signal working for Lucia. After a frustrating 20 minutes listening to extremely clipped sound, I gave up and left. So no Dessay this year for us. And the theatre was completely full. Theatre management was very unprofessional with no announcement at all except to say wait. The opera was working very well at Shopping Santa Cruz. Why did you move it - "if it's not broken, don't fix it"!
